A curious 25 years old girl from Sweden who loves to meet new people and experience other cultures. I love to discover new things to do and new things to see, and I don’t mind doing it on my own since that is the time when you get to meet people and see places you otherwise would never do. I think a lot of my curiosity was created during my traveling experiences from when I was younger. I think that traveling makes people develop in many levels, especially when it comes to understanding how people think and act. This is something that I believe is very useful in both with personal purpose as well as in work life. This is why I chose to study abroad, and it was an easy decision to make when I found the IIB program that included an internship in the best city in the world – New York City!

I am in my fifth and last year of the Masters of Science in Industrial and Management Engineering program – I love numbers, logistics and working hard to create good results in everything I do. However, in my free time I forget all of that. I spend most of my free time dancing salsa and bachata because it frees my mind. And I will tell you a secret that will make you think I’m a huge nerd – social dancing is all about science! It is all about seeing patterns, finding the correct angles, feeling the laws of physics and possess musicality. My belief is that mastering all of these things is the key to becoming a really good social dancer.

Thanks for your time, I hope you have learned a little bit about me and a little bit about dancing!
